A. $ 2,750 - PLANNING & DESIGN PERMIT PACKAGE
Includes developing:
Floor Plans, Elevations and 3D Modeling
Up to 5 Sessions (Additional Sessions TBD may have an additional cost)
APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMITS:
Plans for HOA and or Permits approvals In the name of the HomeOwner
Delivered to the client or Shared Google Drive Folder
DELIVERED to the GENERAL CONTRACTOR for Municipality, City or County
Approved plans/drawings
Approved permit application
APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL PERMITS ( Requires STAMPED PLANS )
B. $4,750 - ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS AND CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS: MEPS
Plus A - PLANNING & DESIGN PACKAGE (listed above).
B - BLUEPRINTS for the Structure, Electric, Plumbing and HVAC
C. $6,750 SITE PLANS & COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL, CONSTRUCTION
project-specific requirements to be determined.

ADDITIONS:
- $750 each - Stamped Plans (Commercial or as needed)
- $500 each - Drawings for Structure, Electric, Plumbing or HVAC (if needed)
- $150 each - Scheduling inspections (if applicable)
- $$$ at cost - Property or Tree Survey Plans (if needed)
- $$$ at cost - Environmental Health Permit (if needed)
D. $10,750 - HIGH LEVEL OR FRANCHISE LEVEL PLANS:
- Plus A - PLANNING & DESIGN PACKAGE(listed above).
B - BLUEPRINTS for the Structure, Electric, Plumbing and HVAC
C - SITE Development Plans
D - DEVELOPMENT OF of Franchise level Plans with Absolute Total Detail, Additional Explanations, Additional Engineering, Charts and added Pages.
E - Ready to Build Including Trades; Take Offs, Estimates & Assistance with Contractors.
PLUS client has elected to have us complete their take-offs, estimate their project, vet their contractors and potentially even provide contractors and supervise their draws and release of funds.
E. ENGINEERING REQUESTS:
$400 each review session
$1500 each Engineering Drawing for Structures like Pergolas & Decks
$2500 to $4500 each for Engineering Drawings for larger projects
F. $1500 - MATERIAL TAKEOFFS:
Your sticks and bricks can all be estimated by us.
Once your plans are complete we can do take offs that will account for 80% to 90% of everything you will need to order.
We can't account for customer choices or any items TBD (To Be Determined)
This is a huge time saver and eliminates much of the confusion surrounding your estimates.
G. $2,500 - CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATES:
We will provide 2 to 3 separate estimates.
This includes a review session with you to review your quotes.
You should be ready to interview contractors and schedule your build.
H. $500 - VETTING YOUR CONTRACTORS
I. $1,200 - $1,800 - SURVEYS ARE AT COST
J. NEW CONSTRUCTION AVERAGES
(per Atlanta Market)
$48 to $75 for basements (per sq ft)
$175 to $195 for additions and large remodels (per sq ft)
$220 to $240 for new home construction (per sq ft)
This is construction costs solely & does not include any of the development cost.
This also varies depending on locations and finishes [builder grade vs custom]
