PLUS client has elected to have us complete their take-offs, estimate their project, vet their contractors and potentially even provide contractors and supervise their draws and release of funds.
E. ENGINEERING REQUESTS:
$400 each review session
$1500 each Engineering Drawing for Structures like Pergolas & Decks
$2500 to $4500 each for Engineering Drawings for larger projects
F. $1500 - MATERIAL TAKEOFFS:
Your sticks and bricks can all be estimated by us.
Once your plans are complete we can do take offs that will account for 80% to 90% of everything you will need to order.
We can't account for customer choices or any items TBD (To Be Determined)
This is a huge time saver and eliminates much of the confusion surrounding your estimates.
G. $2,500 - CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATES:
We will provide 2 to 3 separate estimates.
This includes a review session with you to review your quotes.
You should be ready to interview contractors and schedule your build.
H. $500 - VETTING YOUR CONTRACTORS
I. $1,200 - $1,800 - SURVEYS ARE AT COST
J. NEW CONSTRUCTION AVERAGES

- $48 to $75 for basements (per sq ft)
- $175 to $195 for additions and large remodels (per sq ft)
- $220 to $240 for new home construction (per sq ft)
- This is construction costs solely & does not include any of the development cost.
